Terms and Conditions

By placing an order to walkercameras.com you are offering to purchase an item on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

Shipping times and processes may vary according to availability. Guarantees or approximations made as to delivery are subject to delays resulting from postal delays or unforeseen circumstances for which we will not be responsible.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you as a customer must ensure all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit/debit card, bank account or Paypal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products you have ordered. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

 

Our Contract

When you place an order, you may receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order from PayPal: this email will only be an acknowledgement the order has been received and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and walkercameras.com will not be in place until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been either shipped, or a confirmation of order email.

 

Shipping options for orders placed via walkercameras.com using Paypal ‘Buy Now’ buttons.

Shipping and order confirmation is subject to you, the buyer, selecting the correct option in the shipping options drop-down menu. If the incorrect option is selected (eg - a customer from outside the EU selects UK delivery or European delivery), the order will become null and void and a refund will be issued via Paypal or an additional will be requested.

 

Shipping for custom orders

Shipping for custom orders will be arranged via email. The costs and details will be explained. A tracking reference number and link may be provided to track the delivery on-line, depending on the agreed shipping method.

 

All shipping

For all customers/buyers ordering products for delivery, they may be subject to import duties and/or taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the final country of delivery. The Customer/Buyer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. walkercameras.com has no control over these charges and cannot approximate the amount that may be charged. Please contact your local customs authorities for further information before placing your order if you have any questions.

 

Pricing and Availability

walkercameras.com endeavours to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices listed on this site are correct, but errors may sometimes occur. If we discover or receive notice of an error in the details or price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will action the order as cancelled.

 

All prices shown do not include VAT. VAT (at a rate of 20.00% of the total cost of the order) will be added automatically by PayPal depending the country registered to the customers/buyers PayPal account. These countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portuga, Romania Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden & United Kingdom

 

Shipping costs are included in the stated price. Additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the Total Cost. This cost does not include any additional import duties that may be levied upon delivery.


Returns policy for standard (non-customised) products

Refunds are available within 20 days of placing your order.


• Return the product for a refund (only the purchase price will be refunded, shipping costs are none refundable): This must be within 20 days from placing your order.


• Return for replacement: (if there is a problem or breakage with your product during shipping): This must be within 20 days from placing your order.


Unless another return policy is specifically indicated or arranged directly with walkercameras.com, products sold by walkercameras.com are covered by the Return Policy. All products covered under this Return Policy include a 20-day Money Back Guarantee. You may return the item(s) to us within 20 days of your purchase for a full refund for any reason. You are welcome to return products to us for an exchange or refund. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling costs will not be refunded or reimbursed by walkercameras.com under any circumstances.

 

 

Postage Delays or Non-Delivery

Estimated postage times are clearly stated on the website, these times are approximate and walkercameras.com will not be responsible for postage delays once the product has been shipped.

However, if after 10 working days (Monday to Friday) of shipping, an order still has not arrived at the recorded destination, walkercameras.com will track the delivery online via Royal Mail Track and Trace service, or the relevant courier tracking service. walkercameras.com can only relay information available from the relevant tracking service.

 

After 26 working days from the recorded shipping date, if the package still has not arrived and the tracking service confirms this eventuality, a full refund will be offered or an option to resend an identical delivery free of additional charges.
