This lens is in virtually mint condition, with no scratches or fungus.
This amazing lens is designed for use with film formats up to 8x10 inch. However, the lens will cover much larger formats and I have been using the lens on my 12” x 20” and 8” x 20” with stunning results.
It has a 105 degree field angle at f22, producing an image circle of 500mm at f22. This allows 121mm of shift vertically and 108mm of shift horizontally on 8x10. It is very useful for landscape, architecture and even table top photography. The lens can also be used for close up photography: up to 1/3 life size, with no visible loss in image quality.
Filters can be attached to the rear element which has a filter thread 72mm
The lens is mounted in a Copal No. 3 shutter, and all speeds are ok, with no sticking on the slower ones.
The original lens caps and mounting rings are included in the sale. The lens panel is not included.
